Measure the furniture and the route it takes.
For an Olde Towne move, send photos of large pieces alongside the doorway, hallway, and stairs they need to pass through. If a bed or table needs disassembly, tell us before moving day. Do not assume a piece that entered one property assembled will fit through the next property the same way.
For a Churchland household move or a delivery into Portsmouth, include the destination room and floor level. If the route crosses to another city, give us the actual destination rather than a rough distance. We discuss the route and any building access windows along with the loading and unloading work.
Details that help us prepare
- Show narrow doors, stair turns, and the largest furniture pieces.
- Identify furniture needing disassembly and items that must remain assembled.
- Include the final delivery room, floor, parking access, and any building rules.
